“Dim toast/ Fried Bread with egg.”

Egg is loved by many of us and the combination of bread and egg goes very well. It is a simple dish and needs very few ingredients. It is very easy to execute. It is mouthwatering snack when served hot.

Time required:-15-20mins. (approx.)

Course:- Breakfast or evening snacks

Can be served with: –with hot coffee/ tea.

Ingredients :-
·        Bread – 10 slice
·        Egg – 6
·        Green chilies – 04
·        Onion- 1-2
·        Salt – as per taste
·         Vegetable oil – 04 tbsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp

Direction for the recipe:-

  1. Finely chopped the onion and green chilies.
  2. Take a bowl and add six eggs in it.
  3. Now add the chopped onion, green chilies in the bowl.
  4. Add pinch of salt and then beat the eggs.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan and wait till smokes comes out.
  6. Now take a slice of the bread and dip it on the egg mixture. I have used brown bread.
  7. And then fry it. When it turns gold, with the help of spatula, turn the other side and fry it well.
  8. When both the sides turn golden, remove it from the pan. In the same manner fry the remaining slices of bread.
  9. When all the slices of bread get fried, turn of the flame. Sprinkle golmorich / black pepper and serve hot with tomato sauce.
